But everytime i try to login with the new password i get an error message. It was possible to login with a friends account, and a reinstall did not help to fix the problem. Things to keep Posted: 22 Oct 2021 03:07 AM PDT I have just started back playing after many years. I have a level 26 hunter and I keep hearing people talking about traceries and LI and of course none of it makes sense to me, so I've got to to some research. In the mean time, what kind of things will be needed later? Is there any items I need to be holding onto, as I've just been mainly selling most stuff. I probably should research more, but I've never been one to group together for raids or instances, so I assumed I probably don't need the stuff. Account banned, no reaction from support Posted: 22 Oct 2021 02:32 AM PDT I have contacted SSG support with the following ticket about a month ago. I have been playing on my account for the past five years on and off with a friend of mine. Recently we started playing together again and after two nights of about an hour to 90 minutes of gametime, I can no longer log in. I have reinstalled the game numerous times and have come to the conclusion I have been banned. I have never been banned before, received a warning in any form or have been disrespectful in the chat. Therefore I am quite surprised I have been banned, there is also no reason specified on why I have been banned. I immediately received an auto message back that they have received my ticket. Since then I have sent several emails regarding this subject but yet to receive an actual answer. Quite bummed out since my friend and I have spent years clearing every instance/raid on level before we progressed to the next zone, spent so many hours grinding crafting vocations and we're still in the middle of the game (@lvl 78).
