Gift Box issues

I know it's been awhile since the anniversary, but this has really been bugging me.

I've been playing since 2010 - 11 years. Yet I've never gotten anything over the 4-year gift box. I should be getting the 11 year gift box, but I'm not getting anything over 4. I see my friends with their Azure mounts and honestly I just get depressed. My account status has always been in good standing, and it was until recently that I had VIP.

Is there any reason why I would not get above a year-4 gift box?

Is it natural to have a delay on every action?

I'm situated in Arizona, currently playing on Arkenstone. It seems like there's a 500ms delay on everything I do, from movement to combat to speaking with NPC's.

Hell, even when I've completely stopped moving and start casting, the game will tell me I can't use that attack while moving.

I don't have this problem in any other game I play, but whenever I boot up this game it feels like I'm wading through mud.

Tanking instances as a complete noob?

Hey,

I recently came back to Lotro and I started playing On a fresh character - Guardian.

I'm playing the Red specialisation in open World but I want to switch to Yellow whenever I will be doing Group instances.

The problem is that I don't really know the routes inside of instances and as a Tank I think I should lead the Group and show everyone where to go.

Is there possible any addon that would show me where to go inside instances? Where are the bosses etc.? Or is there maybe some kind of guide online?

How to find main story book quests?

Over time I've picked up the main story and played through it intermittently. But atm idk how to get any more. Do they keep going for free to play accounts? Or do you have to buy them?

Will I have to search all over to find an ncp to carry on the story? I really don't know how to get them again..
