Hey folks, I have a Beo at 78 and apart from interactions with other Beornings, I don't see any differences in interactions with animals and the like. For one example, during the Bingo quest line you're given the same explanation when interacting with Willem as any other character, that you don't know lynx-speech. I would have thought having the speech of beasts might have more of an impact on the experience. Have any of you noticed things that made the Beorning narrative experience unique?

Unresponsive support tickets

I'm trying to get back into LOTRO by trying to recover my old account (I haven't played since 2014), I had a different e-mail and don't remember the password, but I have more than enough info to locate the account.

I've submitted a ticket on the website, but it has been 5 days and still nothing. Is this normal? Social media accounts seem pretty active, but support is kind of dead seems like.

Is there another channel where I am supposed to send questions?

Farmers Faire Summer Festival 2021

If you want the Salutation to Faire Days meta quest, you need to start doing festival quests today as there are only 15 days remaining.

For those who have never done it, here is simple guide to doing 10 quests for the daily.

Start by picking up the wrapper quest at the Party Tree.
Take the horse travel to the Thorin's Hall keg race.
Pick up The Keg-hopping Race from Arnar and pick whichever Dwarf you like. (You still get quest credit if you lose.)
Do Losing More Than a Wager from Skalli.
After the race, take the horse travel to the the Taste of Hobbiton.
Pick up The Taste of Hobbiton from Bando Brandybuck and pick whichever Hobbit you like. (You still get quest credit if you lose.)
After the race, take the horse travel to the Party Tree.
Do Ice Delivery from Tansy Tighfield and you'll end up at Bywater.
Pick up Manning the Market from Daisy Sandyman and do the quests from the 6 different NPCs.
That's your 10 quests for the day and it should take less than an hour.

At Bywater, there is horse travel to Sandson's Egg Scramble at Sandson's Farm and Maggot's Mushroom Hunt at The Marish.

If you want some Thrang Vault tokens but you can't find a 6 man group, you can do Boss from the Vaults: Thrang Level 50 Tier 1. If you're powerful enough, you can do it by yourself.

I'm a very casual player and haven't played in a while. I'm currently level 104 (LM), questing/following Epic line in Minas Tirith (post-battle).

I noticed I have level 104 mission quests, but the closest recruiter would be Minas Tirith (midsummer). Kinda out of the way?

End Game Gear

I've been level cap for maybe 3 months and at the moment have all 426+ gear (mostly 432). I dot. I don't have any of the remmo gear as I've never ran it due to FoKD being out about a week after I got to cap and no one running it.

At this point shall I abandon levelling further with 140 gear round the corner and stock up on embers?

Can’t get into account - help please

Hello all! I recently have decided to come back to LotRO after a very long hiatus after watching the movies for the umpteenth time. However, I'm struggling to log in or even access my account on the developer website. Even requested 3 password changes; website tells me it's wrong password. Submitted a support ticket and haven't heard back from them in about two days. Even used a different email to set up a new account and it didn't go through. Am I doing anything wrong?

Crashing after server selection

Hello,

Excuse my formatting, I'm on mobile.

I'm having an issue that started about 2 days ago. My LOTRO has been crashing pretty hard around Mimas Tirith which I've heard is not uncommon. However, it now crashes as soon as I hit play on the server selection page in the launcher. It goes to a black screen with the windows blue loading mouse icon, and that's that. Can't exit, can't get to task manager, nothing.

I have tried reinstalling, repairing, changing file name and location, downloading directX again, C++ and all the things I can find about this issue. I'm pretty tech savvy but just can't seem to get through this. I'd really appreciate any help I can get.
