    My son recently started playing and made a Beorning named Chungus, so I tried to make a similar character namewise to play with. Apparently my idea of vulgarity is a little different than the game devs. I am not upset, its funny. I eventually named him Chockablock. Anyone else run into similar funny

    Looking for Kinship Questions

    Hey everyone, so I've been playing LOTRO for a while now. I'm a level 37 hunter and I've done almost 750 quests so far because I do a ton of side quests. I haven't fully finished book 2 yet, though I'm getting close I think (done a lot of stuff with Radagast). I've never thought about joining a kinship or anything because I thought that I would be able to do it all solo, however I'm starting to realize that there's a lot of stuff that requires going into instances, and apparently they're too much for me to handle. So, I thought I would look into this whole kinship thing. How do I find one to join? I'm on Arkenstone. How do I find kinships that are looking to recruit new players? I'm fairly casual because I'm mostly just wanting to do the story content and the side quests and everything, but it would be great to have help with instances (I have some quests in the Fornost set of instances right now, and then there are others of course). Any assistance would be great!

    Anyone know the best way to attain the festival gold cloak? Friend saw it 2x times in Shaka t1. Wondering if the drop rate % increases on higher tiers or is this an instance world drop in general now?

    I tried to buy sth. from the shop with Amazon Pay. The game opens a blank page and nothing happens. Paypal does work though.

    Quick question about locking items in inventory...

    I remember being able to open the inventory and hit Ctrl+T to toggle the Lock function, and I even see that it is bound to that in my Key Bindings, but it isn't working. Has anyone seen this before or am I crazy?

    Better ranged character for soloing as much as possible?

    Guardian has been entertaining but i'm not really wanting to play a melee character. I've dabbled with LM a lil bit over the years but never really tried any of the others.

    So out of LM, Hunter, Mini, Warden (I think i remember they got a ranged spec) and RK which in your opinions would be the better soloer, also which might be more tanky / durable and wouldn't need to kite. Or at least kite the least.

    By solo, i mostly just mean questing. But i would like to be able to do the elite quests without having to find a group.
