| Probably a stupid question.... Posted: 07 Aug 2020 08:04 AM PDT I just bought a Rohan house, so now I own one in Gondor and one in Rohan. Problem is: how do I fast travel to each of them? The fast travel skill icon that I always used to get to my Gondor home now takes me to Rohan and I don't see anything that would take me to my Gondorian home. | Do I seriously have to download it all again? Posted: 07 Aug 2020 09:53 AM PDT I tried to update, after not playing for a year. I'm getting the error PatchClientDLL::CheckDatFiles failed. The only solution appears to be to verify the files, which tells me that 26Gb will need to be downloaded again. I'm on a mobile connection (no broadband available), and this will cost me a lot of money to download 26Gb. (I've already deleted client_sound_aux_2.datx, but that solution did not work for me.) Is there no other way? Edit: looks like there is no other way. I won't be playing this game for the forseeable future, as it will cost me about $40 to download. [link] [comments] | ||
| I would like to become a new player but... Posted: 07 Aug 2020 04:11 AM PDT The game itself does not work. I downloaded it through steam but all it does when I press play is...nothing. Not even the launcher opens. Just nothing. It appears as if the game is missing files when downloaded through steam. Is this normal? If you know a fix please let me know. [link] [comments] |
