Thanks so much for the 221 people that have tuned in to first three episodes of JOURNEY THROUGH MIDDLE EARTH, where I voice act the quests and get immersed in the LOTRO universe. The Blackwolds minds have been poisoned by the Northern-Men of Angmar. Led by a servant of the enemy, Eomar, they plan to continue raiding and slowly corrupting the lands of Bree. They must be stopped. Amdir, fares no better - his Morgul Wounds have taken him. Toradan, the Dunedain Ranger we had been working with to track Amdir, was slain by Amdir's sword. | Looking for slow levelling buddies to play with Posted: 06 Aug 2020 03:07 PM PDT It always makes me sad to think of areas that had a lot of effort put into them but which are now abandoned due to new expansions. I've been hoping to roll a fresh character and quest through different zones on level for the full experience. Sadly, I missed the beginning of the legendary servers. I'd love to find other people to go through these quests with. f there are enough of us, we could even try some of the instances together. I'm in the US, and happy to roll in any server. | Posted: 06 Aug 2020 10:45 AM PDT I have been questing in Mordor for the past few days and things seem different than almost every previous zone. In almost every other zone, I can complete landscape quests in a reasonable amount of time. If I start outleveling the quests, I just follow the Epic Quests until the quests are within a few levels of my current level. Normally, when I do this I only leave a few quests undone. However, it feels like in Mordor, I am leaving behind tons of quests that are 80% finished, but I am uninterested in finding the last 5 backpacks or something. Am I alone in this experience? It just seems like Mordor's quests are more scattered and have you finding 20 items scattered across the whole zone instead of having the quests localized to an area. *Edit: Thank you everyone for the replies. | Posted: 06 Aug 2020 10:20 PM PDT So, it seems everything revolves around Surprise strike being the most damage based skill for a burg. But I find that Provoke and CDC is much better but it seems I'm finding things that elude to me using surprise strike but I find its pretty underwhelming compared to other skills. | Returning Player/World Transfers Posted: 06 Aug 2020 01:07 PM PDT World transfers are back up! I've recently been catching up since not playing often since RoI. Most of my toons are on Gladden, but I'm on Landy & Arken too. I'd like to be on one server & I'm wondering how server populations are nowadays & where's the best I can find groups to start raiding again. Is pvmp active, are zones dead?
