    A positive story about SSG Customer service.

    Given the justifiable sadness about the downtime issues, I thought I would post a positive story about my recent interaction with SSG Customer support.

    Literally two days before the current weekly sale, I finally purchased one of the items that was discounted this week. However someone in my kinship suggested that I send in a ticket to SSG about this, and today SSG refunded the point difference between what I paid and the sale price. Given they have so much else to do at the moment this was greatly appreciated. LOTRO is a game with a great ambience and such a gesture really helps foster a positive impression.

    So just making a post to say, thank you for your help SSG!

    Which should I choose for my next toon, Beorn or Warden?

    I'm a fairly experienced player and have been playing on and off for years, I have experience with most classes except the Beorns and Wardens, I understand how they work and I find both classes appealing in their own way but I'm struggling to figure out what my next toon should be, anyone with experience with either or both classes have any info or advice on which I should pick and why?

    Hey guys I am new to the game and would like to ask if I unlock the free quest packs + purchase other content on Anor can I also use them on Evernight? Are they account wide?

    Hi, it's possible to install plugin on Mac ? Because I can't write or copy a file in Wine, so, it's possible to skirt that and install the plugin in the right folder ?

    Problems with the website and account management

    Hi guys. I want to get back into the game but I've encountered a couple of problems. Firstly, the website appears to be absolutely broken. Across multiple browsers, networks, and devices it either loads slowly with broken images or not at all. I can't log into the account management section here full stop despite my account details being correct, and trying to run any sort of recovery to double check results in no email being sent. If I try to log in here I just get a 'page cannot be displayed' error. Any ideas what's going on? Are there ongoing problems I'm not aware of?

    Returning player searching for main quest

    Hi, I'm lvl 21 elf champion, I returned to LOTRO after two months. I think last main quest i did is wethertop instation with Canadwaith (or something like that). Now I can't find any main quest. What should I do?
