    I have just recently returned to play and am enjoying my 106 hunter!! I really really want to experience all the instances/raids/group content but struggle to get anything going messaging people.

    Any love for the guardian class?

    Hi!

    I see a lot of people, mostly newcomers such as myself, posting to ask for class recommendations. However, I rarely ever see guardians mentioned! Is there a reason why they aren't often recommended?

    I'm a guardian, and I'm having fun with it! I'd love to hear from other guardians about what they like about the class, and how to make the most of it!

    Returning back and honestly don't know what class to pick as I want a new character to be my main, I want to be a dps and I like high skill ceiling classes and I like to be as unique as I can to really separate myself from other players if that helps.

    I used to be quite the crafter and I quit playing a few years ago but now that I'm back again my bank slots are full of old crafting stuff. Not sure how to purge it all. Any thoughts or ideas?

    Mordor Expansion Bundle, is it worth it?

    I'm thinking about buying the Mordor Expansion relatively soon (after April 30th, when its no longer F2P), and I was looking at the different bundles available online. I was intending on purchasing the High Elf Race. I understand that it would likely be more cost effective to purchase the basic version of the expansion for LP and the High Elf Race for LP separately, but I am also interested in some of the other items from the collectors edition and the Ultimate Fan Bundle. I quite like some of the cosmetics and the mounts are pretty interesting looking.

    Are these other items worth it? How do they compare against other items available in the expansion itself? Do the mounts and cosmetic armours continue to be interesting or are there other more exciting things just included in the normal gameplay of the expansion?

    I'm really curious to hear people's opinions, my birthday is coming up very soon, and being stuck in my house 24/7 is causing me to save money, so I don't mind treating myself to a more expensive bundle if the rewards are worth the price. :)

    Tried to come back to this game after several years and logged off in frustration as the map does not let you walk from Bree to Isengarde...rage inducing. Cant ride there without mithril either.

    Is there an easy way to gain commendations?

    I'm looking at a cosmetic armor I want to use, but it's like 7000 commendations, and an individual quest gives 10.

    Is there a trick to this I'm missing?

    Family trees

    One thing I loved about SWTOR was that your characters are part of a legacy you build. You can choose if they are related etc and build a family tree. Having said that I hate that we don't have a similair function in LOTRO. It would be so easy to make a click-down menu where all your other characters pop up that you can add to you family tree. I just want to adopt myself okay?!?

    Any good Minstrel guides out there? Something that suggests best hotkey mapping, order to play songs, etc.

    I just came back from a long hiatus and my lvl 68 minstrel's hotkey bars are a mess. Add on top of that, I completely have forgotten which are the preferred songs (calls, cries, etc) to use in normal solo battles.

    Are there some good up to date guides / guidance out there?

    Can I do the riding skill quest after I buy the skill from the store?

    Hi!

    I am a new, non VIP player. I am planning on getting VIP eventually, but not right away. There is a lot of free content that I haven't experienced yet, plus all areas are open until the end of next month.

    There's a problem, though. With the Spring Festival in action, I gathered all the necessary flowers for the steed of the Jester. The thing is - LOTRO won't let me buy it without the riding skill.

    I have enough LOTRO coins to buy the skill from the store, but I heard that you can get it through a VIP-only quest. Being a completionist, I really want to do this riding quest - plus, it looks super fun! But I also don't want to miss out on the special mount.

    So, my question is: will the riding quest still be available should I buy the riding skill from the store?
