    Instant-cast skills going on cooldown?

    Is anyone having issues with their instant cast skills going on cooldown despite not doing anything?

    Been happening a lot on my minny to the point where I don't want to play him. My connection to the servers is stable, and yet I'll use stuff like Piercing Cry and Chord of My Salvation, yet nothing will happen. Has been happening quite a bit recently and wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem?

    need help with steam lotro

    i downloaded it today, first it didnt launch the launcher, fixed that, then when clicking play from the launcher nothing happened, ive download multiple files that are supposed to fix it but no luck, has anyone ran into this issue recently and if so have they resolved it? how?

    Hey guys lotro noob here. I ahd a 2020 Mac brook pro. I'm running into the 32bit issue and I was wondering bc every link i click gives a different answer. But is there a si ple fix for this? Like bootcamp or soemthing?

    New player here: what is the *current* most efficient way to spend money on the game?

    Hey all! I started playing around a month ago and have really fallen in love with the game, and as such I'd like to put some money into the game to support the developers and unlock premium status. I had read that one month of VIP was the cheapest way to unlock the most stuff, but with the free quest packs (which I've already claimed) is this still the case? I'm also aware that Black Friday deals are coming up in a few weeks, so does anyone know what has been on sale in the past so that I can judge whether to spend money on the game now or wait a couple of weeks? Thanks!

    Should I buy expansions or sub for vip?

    Since I got all the quest packs for free using the code I was wondering what should I do next. I really want the expansions since they're on sale right now but I want to get rid of the gold cap. Besides that I wanted to ask what are the other benefits to subbing? I can only afford to buy one or the other but not both and I don't want to miss out on anything or be limited. Thank you

    SSG and (lack of) customer service?

    Greeetings All,

    I played LOTRO a lot back when the Rise of Isengard and the first couple of Rohan expansions came out. The last time I logged in was probably back in 2017, when Turbine was still running the game. I have tried to return to my account, but my log in information want let me get into the game. I have sent a ticket to SSG asking for help to recover my account. So far I have only gotten an automated response. That was over a week ago, and I sent another request last night. Is it worth pursuing or is SSG just going to blow me off? I actually would like to get back into the game, but I don't want to have to repurchase expansion packs after I've already payed for them, and it would be nice to get my old characters back. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
