"A crack in the Iron Crown" - is there any way to cheat a fellowship into this? Posted: 14 Mar 2021 10:42 PM PDT This instance is bugged, it is obviously meant to be a fellowship instance (you have to fight an Elite level boss with 2.5 million HP plus three adds, and there is constant AoE), but it loads as a solo-only, meaning it's impossible to actually complete, obviously. Is there a way to cheat at least one fellowship member into the instance, by summoning horn or whatever, or is a Cheat Engine Invincibility hack the only way as of now? [link] [comments]
So when will I be able to buy an expansion from the store page? Posted: 14 Mar 2021 07:22 AM PDT I haven't been able to buy Minas Morgul for some time... Paypal doesn't even open up, and my card is automatically declined with a generic payment error. I contacted support, the only solution was "try another browser" and clear the cache.. didn't change anything. There's no issue making a purchase with the game-store through the browser, but the Lotro Market site is horrible/doesn't work at all. I'm attempting this from Oceanic/Asia region, I have tried using a VPN from US/EU to see if it was some weird region lock but that didn't help, or change anything. [link] [comments]
Posted: 14 Mar 2021 12:43 PM PDT Back into the game and loving it! Just one general question, where can you find background behind certain elements? For example, what are the Eglain, (why) where they invented, is there a link between the Dunedain and Eglain? Why is Ost Guruth seemingly so big? I found the lotro-wiki very helpful on technical info and managed a way to not look everything up and try to find as much as possible myself. For the lore I feel I just need some direction to find more. Maybe all is in the quest texts and dialogues. I also follow the Tolkien professor Corey Olsen's Exploring the Lord of the Rings online, and made an episode guide myself so I can easily look up the corresponding video if that would be the best source (though speculative š). Another, more meta/ higher level question: it's clear to me that the books were the biggest inspiration for the game and not the movies. But I cannot believe the movie was totally neglected. I believe the ents I saw in a picture are a lot like the movie adaptation. How do others see this? Are there specific places or characters clearly based on the movies? [link] [comments]

Having hides crafted into leather? Posted: 14 Mar 2021 11:17 AM PDT Is it hard to find people willing to turn your hides into leather? Or willing to trade it? What's the typical markover cost? Provided people are willing to barter? 50% of extra mats? 30%? I know I could always make a crafting alt but... I don't want to. [link] [comments]
Is there a practice of crafting items for extra mats if you are below level cap? Posted: 14 Mar 2021 03:10 PM PDT E.g. I want Eastment-tier crafting tools. But I'm not Metalsmith. I still have a prospector skill so I ask in the chat for anyone willing to craft it for me. For some extra mats in return ( e.g. a makeover of 50% in mats ) Is there any prevalent practice like that? Anyone wanna join a fellowship Posted: 14 Mar 2021 03:00 PM PDT just started a new elf hunter class, not much experience with the game but loving it so far [link] [comments]

What class should I play? and other same same questions Posted: 14 Mar 2021 02:48 PM PDT yup, another one of those threads 1) I've played all the free classes to 20. All are interesting and different. I want to eventually do group content/raid for endgame, assuming that is the endgame. I prefer support/healing so I assume that is always wanted. All the support focused classes seem interesting and they can hold their own too if I want to solo etc. Something low entry level, high skill ceiling. I was thinking Captain, lore master, minstrel, in order of what interests me for support classes. Maybe I'm missing one via the free classes? But with all that being said....I keep peeping the Captain, so maybe I should just answer my own question and play that XD 2) Is having multiple low level alts for crafting normal? I feed them mats from a gathering character and they supply my main characters with gear etc etc. Or is crafting redundant until end game? I noticed some of the crafted gear for low levels is pretty nice and powerful 3) Should I just get to lvl 30 and then wing it via questpacks/expansions within my level range to get to endgame level range? Or is it more complicated than that? I am enjoying reading the quests and trying to be in the world instead of just zombie clicking through everything, if that matters. 4) when does group content become a thing? I noticed a few 'group' related quests around the high teens but I was able to complete those solo without much effort. 5) what is the raiding scene like? can you compare it to any other level of gameplay on any other MMO you've played? ive played most of them, EVE online and WoW being the ones I've played/play at top level/competitive. currently in a wow top 50 world guild, speed running naxx since the dawn of time, playing a priest. so that's were i am at. that is all I have for now off the top of my head, the game is fun and entertaining for what it is and there is plenty of content to get through. its a bit daunting, mostly just picking and choosing, apart from that im curious to explore and enjoy the game. the game itself, at least on paper right now seems rather 'easy' but i am hoping that this ramps up somewhere and I am sure it does in big and fun ways. i am sure ill think of more questions if people post replies thanks for your time and answers if you do post!!
