Help with expansions Posted: 21 Aug 2020 01:42 PM PDT I am sure you expect this to be a question I could answer by searching, but no luck. I have been away a few years. I know I own all the expac's up to Helm's or one behind that. I definitely haven't bought any in the last 2 years. I am now trying to determine what I own and don't own. I searched and learned there seems to be no way outside of game to check this. So, I go in game, go to store and choose expansions. There is NOTHING listed. I read that must mean I own them all, but that is not possible. Currently not VIP, have been before, will be again soon, but not sure that makes a difference to this quest to find out what I own? Help; i keep getting stuck - everything works, but I cannot move Posted: 21 Aug 2020 01:32 PM PDT I keep having this issue since about a week ago... its making it impossible to play....my character just stops moving. I can do absolutely everything from turning in circles, using map, bags, quests, virtues, anything... but I CANNOT MOVE. I tried changing the key map for moving forward and backwards, but nothing! It happens quite often now and makes it absolutely pointless to try and play as my character just freezes. Sometimes it lets me play for 30 min, other times for 1 min or even just few seconds and then FREEZE...change character FREEZE or few minutes of play and FREEZE. I tried different characters, exiting lotro and launching again, restarting computer...but nothing works... when I stop moving I am just standing there no matter what I try or do... .... any ideas/help/thoughts? submitted by /u/Faederwyn [link] [comments]

My character just stops moving and I get stuck in place over and over again... can't move... Hoping for help! Posted: 21 Aug 2020 05:35 PM PDT I want to get VIP... I can't seem to pull it off. I select become VIP in the in game store. It takes me through some options, then it takes me to a browser window "lotrobrowswerhelper.exe". There it asks me to login to Steam. I do, it then says I need a code, I get my code in email, and then it works, but the browser reloads and I am back to the login screen. Purchasing lotro points via steam Posted: 21 Aug 2020 07:16 AM PDT So I'm trying to buy points with my husband so he can unlock the beornings race. But when I attempt To purchase points on his steam Account it bypasses the overlay to open a browser screen and asks him to login, when we login it either cycles forever or clears the password bar after cycling for 5 seconds and does nothing. I can't buy points on the lotro website because of course the removed that option (super smart big brain) and just have a pricea jpeg.
