    Which classes do have shouts - more specific: do Rune Keepers and Rangers have any ?

    I want to start a female High Elf toon, and i love the elvish shouts. So ironically i WANT them to have shouts :)

    I do know that all the other classes have some shouts in their skillines, but I already have them covered :)

    New player, downloading atm!

    Hey guys,

    Im really excited to jump in to the game, after reading and doing some research I have seen that im able to get all "quests" until august 31 and some people recommend subbing for a month. If I would sub for a month and the month is over will i get "restricted" again?

    Looking for fellowship on Landroval

    I recently started a new toon on Landroval and want to get a fellowship of at least 3 people, because I haven't played in anything bigger than a 3 man and want to try something new. Looking for somebody anywhere level 20-30. I am Lerinlac (lvl 21 mini) and am questing in Lone-Lands, I usually play from about 6PM to 12PM EST. Message Lerinlac in game if interested in a low level fellowship!

    Can I start the black book of mordor chapter 4 without completing previous chapters?

    Basically, I'm a crafter. When I have time, I like to be a completionist. Right now, I have one character level 122 that is not really geared at all. But I would like to be able to do the daily crafting instances. I want to start the The Plateau of Gorgoroth: Allegiance: Daily Expedition Quests: Tales of Gorgoroth, But in order to do that I must complete Black book of Mordor chapter 4.4: Union of Evil. Is there a short route where I can just start at BBoM 4.4, or do I have to start all the way from BBoM 1.1?

    Hi everyone, I've just installed and started playing the game. I took the recommendations from this Reddit to install all the free quest packs currently available. I am a HUGE Tolkien fan and am adoring the freedom of seeing Middle Earth however I am just wondering if there are any things you would recommend in the initial playthrough? I am a Dwarf and was just given the quest to rescue the Princess or something with the Dunedain if my memory serves me.

    Movement Issues

    So I've come back to Lotro after a few months away and I'm having issues with a lag on my movement of some sort. My character and NPCs all look like they're lagging/skipping whenever they move and even while fighting. I know of the server issues of the past few weeks so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with that. Has this been the norm since the servers came back up or is there a way to fix this?

    (I play on Brandywine though I'm not sure if that's in any way applicable here.)

    Can’t choose a server!

    Coming back since 2013 and my Riddermark is gone, Where should I go? I live in US in the EST. I've started some toons on Gladden and Arkenstone, Gladden community seems nice and helpful, whereas the Ark world chat seems immature and hostile at times, but I've also read that Ark is only server with active pvmp. Suggestions?

    Returning player

    So.....I've been away for years!!. Left after the fustration with the Rohan expansion.

    Mounted combat @$#&

    Anyway, I Valared a few characters (Warden to 120 and TK/Hunter to 105). I've figured out the imbuement system for each. My Warden stuff came out pretty good off the bat with the default gear. Hunter is set pretty good too after forum research and crafting. Still working on the RK - making heal & DPS sets. Got a LM working up the normal way too.

    Anyway, I'm otherwise lost and got several years of catch-up to do. I've been putting around doing crafting and landscape quest/exploration. While I would never classify myself as a hardcore player, I do enjoy the group instances.

    But after being out for so long, I don't know what's run or where to start gearing so I can get out of quest gear. I had played with the release of each expansion, so I'd be fairly familiar with the new instances. But now....I don't even know what's going on. Between the bajillion instances in general and those for SoE's, crystals, solvent and gear/essences...šŸ¤·šŸ»‍♂️. And some instances run are older ones (Pel & Throne)? Missing access to important(MT?) dailies?

    tl;dr -- guy returns after several years and is LOST

    Oh...and a kin would be nice too -- my old one dissolved.

    Need to vent a bit

    Hello everyone. First post here, but I played Lotro for years. Been back on Gladden for a bit.
    I know we can't discuss this on the official forums, not quite sure about here tho.

    So I just got a 7-day ban. Specifically for harassment, which felt really weird because I never engaged in this sort of behavior online (as a sidenote, I'm trans. I know what it's like to be harassed, it's not something I'd do). So I asked for the specific thing that marked me for that. It's because I said, in world chat, "Kill yourself". Which, yeah, does sounds pretty bad... until you look at the context. This was the answer to someone that asked what's the use of the Barrow-Brie item... Guess I'll think twice about the exact wording on use from now on :s

    So, let's hope this isn't changed into a perma-ban, and I can see you in game soon.

    Looking for kinship Crickhollow but willing to start a new in a diff world.

    Hi! Returning player here. Had my original characters in Landry including a 60ish and some 50ish? But just looking at the UI makes me tired. It`s been 7 years, I really don´t know what I`m doing anymore, guess I´ll go back to them if I ever have the time to level characters like that again and feel that I can play them.

    Thing is I don´t really have that kind of time. So decided to start over and ended up in Crickhollow, randomly. Looking for a kinship to do fun stuff with. Please know I`m old, busy, have work and a couple kids, so casual and mature is very much preferred. Can and will do kin stuff! (hence my asking) but would rather it also be possible to skip some things whenever RL time intrudes.

    I`m willing to stop leveling a Char if needed, had a 20ish champ in Landry like that, used to help and train new people and play in a band. English is not my first language but I´m conversational level, so both latino and English speaking kins are ok. I`m at -6Gmt.

    Lastly, if nothing suitable in Crickhollow, I have no problem starting a new in a different server. I really have no idea which one is preferred for a sort of a "newbie" experience really.
