    Looking for levelling advice

    Posted: 24 Nov 2021 04:15 AM PST

Hi everyone. I would appreciate some levelling advice for my 39 champion. I rejoined a few months ago after Treebeard was launched. I decided to go with a champion. I am currently in the Trollshaws for chapter 4 of the epic line. I used to go to Angmar to get the armour rewards out of Aughaire and then go back to the book quests until they sent me back to Angmar.

Is there another viable levelling path? I can see the Wildwood area on the map but I've never been there except for the missions. What is the best way to 50? I can do the book quests a bit later but I would love to get at least one toon to 50 before Moria is launched.

    Thanks for the help

Is there a way to relive the story told in the epic quests?

    Posted: 24 Nov 2021 05:43 AM PST

Hi! I've been a longtime player, I've always played casually and frankly not paying a lot of attention to the quests' lore (I almost never read the text). I'm level cap now and I feel nostalgic for the brilliant storyline that I know is there, but I never paid attention to. Is there a way for me to relieve the story of epic quests?

N.B. I am not interested in starting with another toon from the scratch.

I know there's not much I can do probably, but maybe someone will give me a good recommendation on how to go about this.

I was thinking maybe looking at epic-questline playthrough on youtube or just reading every epic quest lore on the wiki or from the quest panel in-game.

    Cheers

Where to go from the quest expansion packs?

    Posted: 23 Nov 2021 06:14 PM PST

So I'm new to the game, I started playing a week ago. I was really excited to see that the quest packs were all free when I started playing with the code. Anyways now, what's the point of even buying the expansions, what do they give me that I don't already have with the quests packs? There's no information anywhere and the store itself is already cryptic in that way of telling you but not really telling you what it means. So if I have all the quest packs now does that mean I can go everywhere on the map, what happens if I get the expansions… it's really confusing clarification would be very nice. Also as a new player what do you recommend I spend the TP coins on. I have 20 currently and don't know if I should save up for storage, wallets or whatever. Like I said I'm new and don't know what im doing.

If I default on my housing rent will I have to purchase storage from scratch?

    Posted: 23 Nov 2021 02:42 PM PST

    Hi,
I'm wondering if I default on my housing rent and it goes to escrow. Does this mean I have to purchase the storage chest increases all over again once I purchase another house?

    TY

    LOTRO Podcast?

    Posted: 23 Nov 2021 12:31 PM PST

Hey, I recently returned to LOTRO and was wondering if there are any podcasts ? I was trying to find them but all I found were episodes 1-2 years old which I can assume are no longer running. Any suggestions?

    Legendary Item questions

    Posted: 23 Nov 2021 10:19 AM PST

I'm a returning player (I left just before Isengard came out) and have got my "new" legendary items. Questions I have now are:

    1. What do I do with my old Legendary items? I had a few 2nd age items which were pretty maxed out for the time (max level, perfect subs, top tier augments... whatever the LOTRO names for those are). My new legendary items are already a higher level, so do better damage... is there any point to keeping the old ones since the new ones will develop with me (or so I understand). My old ones had a LOT more substats than the new ones do at my level (72)
    2. Is the only way to upgrade my new legendary items by hitting the level milestones (e.g 65, 75, etc) and before that they're locked?
    3. I was levelling other 3rd age items, I think to deconstruct into those upgrade rune things... do I just junk those now?
    4. What do I do with the XP runes? I have dozens of them, and am still pulling some from mob drops and even from some quests.
    5. How can I remove the equipped Legendary Items from my Legendary Item window (if I want to deconstruct it)?

Anything else I should know about the new system?

Bought expansions but never received a code

    Posted: 23 Nov 2021 11:03 AM PST

Hi, so about a year ago I was getting back into the game and I saw an expansion bundle for sell and decided to buy it however I never received a code or anything to unlock the expansions on my account. I tried to email standingstone and never received a response. I tried several times and never heard anything. Is there any advice someone could give me?
