Been awhile since i've done a tweak/wish list for lotro. So it's gotten a bit bigger then last time. A "reasonable" look into tweaks for lotro and parts of the game.

I have around 1700 LOTRO points that's because I played back in 2015 but forgot everything by now.

what should I spent it on that would most benefit me with a new character?

Quad Pack/starter pack

Hi are the Quad Pack or starter packs still avalable, i cant find any on the store page i would like to get Mines of Moria but witht he price it wouldnt be much more for the quad pack.
