My favorite background music to LOTRO

Sorry if this doesn't work, I'm like old and stupid, but I wanted to share one of my favorite artists and as a fan of The Lord of the Rings I'm sure you heard this at some point but this is the way I start every session of LOTRO... sort of sets the tone for my immersion. :-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nt3Ggo1CE3g&feature=youtu.be&ab_channel=enyatv

Love the Eerie Acres quest chain in Wistmead.

It's a well-written scary story that preserves the gravity of evil in Middle-earth, and what made it really special for me was doing it with the Boffins. The warmth of Hobbits always provide a light in the darkness, and it was nice to have such a character-driven narrative that didn't require our beating the snot out of someone. Highly recommend doing it, at the very least for the 24 Fall Festival tokens!

    Shakalush T3

    Posted: 30 Oct 2020 03:12 PM PDT

    Hi everyone,

For those who does Shakalush T3, what do you think about the difficulty ? Personally I have the impression that SSG is too lazy to do something good and just inflate damages (for example to be one shot by a random hit). Without forgetting that the 2nd boss is bugged (with the ice cube), and SSG isn't able to fix that... So, you are guessing my thinking about them and this dungeon.. what about you ? Am I the only who is really pissed of this ?

(I like the difficulty and I want to play hard instances, but for me, big damages and bugs isn't difficulty, it's juste laziness and a frustrating thing)

Champion 2H vs Dual Wield, any major differences for casual play?

    Posted: 30 Oct 2020 10:09 AM PDT

I'm looking to return to the game after taking a break for a few years and want to go with a Champion this time. I'm going to play entirely solo / landscape content, so DPS isn't an important factor, unless maybe there's a huge difference between DW and 2H right now.

Aesthetically speaking I prefer two handed weapons, but I mainly want to pick whichever has smoother animations and such.

    Thanks in advance.

    Rally Point Reference Map?

    Posted: 30 Oct 2020 11:09 AM PDT

I've been looking on the wiki maps, and googling for a while, but I can't find any out of game LOTRO reference maps showing where rally points are? Does anyone know of any maps, or how to spot them on existing maps? I do know you can filter the in-game maps for points of interest, but was hoping for an out of game map for reference. Thanks!
