    Returning player here. I left the game before imbuement was added.

    When imbued, what will be the difference between a level 100 1st Age satchel and a level 100 3rd Age satchel? Will they both give the same lightning DPS, or will the 1st Age give more?

    What legacies should a lightning satchel have? Same ones as long ago before imbuement was added?

    Is there any other way to contact support? I've had a ticket in since May 15. I've sent them picture of my original key, month later was asked for the email i used and date of birth and nothing since then. I'm conviced now that it may have been stolen since my account name and email doesn't seem to recognized anymore and not that I can't remember the password. Its frustrating to think someone out there is using the account that I paid lifetime for which at the time was a lot of money and risk since no one know how long the game would last.

    Does anyone play at 4k (or higher) resolutions? What sort of monitor do you have?

    Hi all. LotRO is one of my favorite games of all time but I'm starting to get a little annoyed with how little support there is for 4K resolutions.

    When I go 3840x2160, the UI in LotRO goes miserably small. I have to lean forward and actually squint to read many UI elements like item tooltips and NPC dialogue bubbles. I've scoured the options menu and the internet for possible ways to increase the size of the UI, but it appears that the only two things that scale up decently is chat box text and quest text via the little magnifying glass feature that they added recently - appreciated, but still doesn't solve my problems! No addon seems capable of doing what I want, either. I've read that the UI is hardcoded in a way that makes 4k scaling impossible, and although the devs have been saying for years that they want to improve the UI for 4k resolutions the only change they've made is the aforementioned ability to scale quest text.

    I love this game so much that I'm considering buying a new monitor for it, one large enough and with enough clarity to make the UI look sensible at 4k resolutions. Does anyone have any experience with monitors that can accomplish this task?

    Ranger Armor

    Hey I want to get one of the Ranger Sets. AFAIK there are Grey Company Set, Worn Ranger and a third one.

    Two of them are bound to Volume 3 right? Can I start that Volume directly or do I have to do anything else before?

    And where can I get Worn Ranger set? Can't find in anywhere :(

    Dwarf Troll Slayer inspired character

    Anyone ever tried something like a Trollslayer from Warhammer? I think it could be a cool cosmetic build for a champion or hunter.

    Not sure if it's LOTRO lore friendly. But I'm sure there are mad dwarves in Middle Earth who have seen their kin suffer at the hands of Trolls and swear to hunt and slay those loathsome creatures.

    Thinking bare chest cosmetic. Whatever unarmoured looking pants I can find and twin axes.

    What do you legends think of my idea?

    Game will not install, stuck at 88%

    I've already submitted a ticket to SSG and I've not gotten a response so I figured it throw it up here too. When I open the launcher, it gets stuck on overall 88% installed, and usually it either crashes or gives me the "failed, retry in 59..." text. I've tried fresh installing, switching from Steam to standalone SSG launcher, all that stuff, and nothing's done anything to change it.

    EDIT: Fixed due to the comments below. Changed my DNS server and had no problems!
