    I wasn't unsure whether to play LOTRO or watch Vikings, so I decided to do a sort of coin flip. I'll log in to collect my daily, and if Tom Bombadil is inside the house, I'll play LOTRO, but if he's outside, I'll watch Vikings. Time to play some LOTRO!

    Champion's weapon swapping, need help

    Hello there!

    I'm working on an extra weapon for my champion, I've been a life long dual wielder and am looking into in-fight swapping to increase my dps. However it's been a bit puzzling to me which skills should be used with which weapon(s). How can I best determine this? I don't mind spending a bunch of imbue replacement scrolls on my current weapon, but I cannot afford swapping every legacy to test this all out...

    Really confused sorry

    Hi I'm very new to the game only starting it yesterday and I'm very confused on the whole expansions and quest expansions thing. I have activated all the quests with the code that's all over the internet but the expansions are apparently a completely different thing and apparently there are like 7 expansions out there? But when I go in the store only 3 appear riders of Rohan, Mirkwood and mines of Moria. I assumed that the ones I own wouldn't appear but I have never bought the other expansions before and all the quests expansions also appear in the site and say "please don't purchase if you already own this pack" so I assume I have those packs however on the helms deep quest pack it does not say this but I used the coupon that unlocks all the quests?!?!? All of this is really confusing and i think is really badly done. So long story short I need to know what expansions I own what ones I don't and what quests I own and don't and just need help understanding the store and how it all works because it's really confusing for a new player and is stirring me away from the game.

    Basic burg question!

    How difficult is burg to play in solo PvE, especially compared to red line hunter? How complex? Is it a lot faster rotation than hunter?

    That dreaded question - What craft should I take?

    A friend of mine lured me back, and I'm starting a new, (while keeping the old characters). She invited me into a fairly large guild, which doesn't need any particular crafters, so, in theory, I can be whatever I want. But because I have access to the guild crafters, I don't have a need to craft for myself.

    As I looked over my other characters, either they don't have a crafting profession, or they're Explorers.

    I've been starting to feel guilty about not gathering supplies as I go, and was trying to decide on a profession, but I'm completely at a loss.

    So, TLDR, do you all have any suggestions for someone who's interested, but has no need for crafting?

    Shared storage question

    I've purchased shared storage and put my universal toolkit in the shared vault to distribute between 4 alts, but when I withdraw on one character (except the one who placed it) I cant withdraw it on the others, is this normal? I thought shared meant it could be used by all characters and only the one who put it there could remove it?

    1. Do I need to be the leader to purchase a premium kin house for my kin?

    2. Is upkeep waived on premium kin houses for VIPs?

    What's the typical time it takes for a password reset? I've tried using the online tool but it never sends the email. I sent a ticket and even included a picture of my original key, got a reply a week after asking for email and date of birth and nothing afterwards. It's been 22 days since. Is there something else I can do?

    Question to the Captain

    Hello my fellow redditors! Currently i am levelling my Guardian with my friend (bard) through Rohan. I got a Captain „parked" at 85 and now i am thinking of, which class (Guardian or Captain) to play.

    On the Guardians side: nice group tanking, endgame viable for groups, together with my bard nearly perfect for 3er Dungeons. But honestly i dont like the DPS style of the Guardian.

    On the Captains side: 3 stances to chose from, great support, very viable (i think) But is the red and yellow line really competetive in „endgame" (raids/6 man dungeons/3er Dungeons)? Blue isnt of interest to me, because of Bard Sidekick.

    I know this is a difficult question and i will get as many different answers as there are Orcs in Mordor...

    Love the Guardian, but i fear, it gets a bit boring

    Love the Captain, but i fear its not really needed and conpetetive to other „main"tanks/dps and not able to tank Dungeons

    Anyway, thanks for helping in advance and always happy for up to date guides for both (discord maybe? I havent found actual updatet sites honestly...)

    Does this mean I have lifetime premium? can't find anywhere to subscribe. And the new Wilderland expansion, is that something I buy ingame when it's done installing? I wanna try out champion again. Last time I played it was nag about carrying a shield. Now I find out he doesn't need to anymore and there's been some changes the years I've been gone. So perhaps I can finally hit 50 this time and find some nice people (I never made it beyond ~30 before)....

    EDIT: I just completed installation and am already confused to join EU server or the new legendary. Any cons to join legendary if I'm willing to pay VIP and want to begin a new char? Is the champion as updated there as he is on normal servers?

    About burglar's provoke CD

    Hey, i have much pain about it inside, so wanna share my feelings about that last UPD 26.2 brought burglars some "nerf", so it's like they took two seconds of my life, and each time i think of it brings me even more pain.. Why did they even increased CD of Provoke by 2sec this was not unnecessary, i always love short CDs, this becomes more interesting, everyone saying damage hasn't been changed, so, what's the purpose of doing that, then!? I wouldn't been so upset if they reduced damage of burg or smth, why cooldowns!? :( It was a great way of playing with 6sec Provoke CD , now it's 8 , i can't believe it..

    New Fellowship, Best way to spend our money?

    Hello! I am going to be bringing my own fellowship to Lotro with the news of the promo code event. I am trying to find out the efficient way for everyone to spend their money to get all the content and the necessary user convenience stuff. I don't want to be missing inventory space or transportation or any of that. Essentially I want it to feel like we have everything that's needed to enjoy all of the content in the game start to finish.

    As all servers are in the US, has anyone with ~220+ ping found a way to reduce their latency?

    I'm from South Africa; and I was wondering if there's something you can do with route optimisation to improve latency in a far away country.

    I tried using ExitLag; however, the game does not want to load the world when I enter a character once I enable ExitLag optomisation.
