Lost my wood tracking button :( Posted: 02 Jan 2022 03:11 AM PST Hi! I'm brand new to the game (honestly pc gaming in general) and really loving it. I'm playing an elf hunter and trying to figure out how combat works and how to best use all the different tiles. I was moving things around and dropped one and it just went away. It's there any way to get it back? Idk when I'd really use it, since it's only beneficial when I'm actively working on the apprenticeships, but I'd still like the option. Also, any other advice for newbs would be much appreciated :) [link] [comments]

Will I find people to do expansions/raids with? Posted: 02 Jan 2022 03:47 AM PST Really enjoying the questing and lore for this game. I would LOVE to make it to the Mines of Moria expansion if possible (loved these chapters in the books). When does one hit the Mines if Moria level/progression wise? I assume there are instances and/or raids in MoM? If so, Will I be forced to do this content solo of able to at all? [link] [comments]
Posted: 01 Jan 2022 08:06 PM PST Greetings! Happy New Year! I am an old VIP. I still play weekly, every Thursday night Western USA.. but sometimes at other times. My main is a Huntress 'Madre' and she is 130. The rest if the hoodlums are mostly >= 75 (aside from a 96 Cappy) My kin is dead.. and am looking for some friends. I cannot commit to what I did 12 years ago, but I miss playing with people. It has literally been 5 years or so since my last fellowship. If you need a hand, hmu. If you need a friend, hmu. I love the lore, this game, and the community. I need a kin that can accept my random play, if possible. Thank you, Madre, Promeetheus, Bleep-1, Helmburglar, Litebrite, Iddly, Buhdee, Pyrrha, Hija, and Pediddle [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Jan 2022 05:47 AM PST So, I've been playing this game for a while (my main Beorning is level 29) and I'm enjoying it. I've got a bunch of alts (of course, I'm an altaholic), and I love the world. However... I find myself somewhat unable to play for more than about half an hour at a time. I'm trying to advance on my Beorning, since that's new content I haven't played before, but I feel like I need to do the side quests to keep my level up with the main quest (just started Book 3). The side quests are all largely the same, though. Kill X of Y, collect X of Z. And of course, there doesn't seem to be much variation in my alts. The biggest variations are the Elf/Dwarf and Man/Hobbit starting areas, and I was actually pleasantly surprised when my Hobbit went to the Shire right after Archet. But once I get to Bree, it seems like they all continue. Is this just a personal preference thing? Or does anybody have any tips on making the game less tedious for me? Or should I wait before making some alts? Just to clarify, I'm not saying the whole thing is tedious; I'm liking the main story so far, and some of the side stories are quite interesting, and the world and music are beautiful. Community opinion on most reliable software settings? Dx10 vs 11, etc! Posted: 01 Jan 2022 02:27 PM PST I effect in almost 200 hours already and got a feel for how the gam runs, and on the average it seems to be one way or another per launcher startup (as in stutter ever 15 seconds on a random farm, or no stutter in the same area), and I can tell its not the rubber banding effect. More like my computer thinks too hard for a split second. So now I been playing around the settings. 32 bit seem right out unless a Dx verision changes something heavy. But I switched to dx10 from 11 and feels like smaller hitches but I cant rule out placebo. Is there a generally agreed "stable" setup? Like say, going back to Dx11 but turning off the Dx11 special graphics options or stay on Dx10, etc etc? I play borderlessand having min or max graphics settings truly dont effect the stutter. Seems to be more finely tuned via the 32/64bit selection and the Dx9/10/11 stuff, but I cant test the most optimal across the whole game. [link] [comments]
Posted: 01 Jan 2022 01:25 PM PST Hey guys. I keep getting an error message Missing DLL: vclruntime140.dll when I start the luncher. When I click EN on top of the luncher it restarts and I am able to login but it is annoying to that every time. Does anyone know how to fix this? [link] [comments] |
