| Is it possible to play a Hobbit Guardian without wearing heavy armor? Posted: 30 Jan 2022 03:30 PM PST When I think about what sort of person I'd like to be in Middle-earth, I think I'd like to be an 'adventurer'-type Hobbit wearing sturdy leather armor and using a shortsword plus a small buckler-type shield. I'm not into Warden gambits nor do I want to play music at my foes until they fall over, so that leaves Guardian, but they're supposed to wear heavy armor and I think heavy armor looks weird on hobbits (unless they're literally marching into a huge battle like Merry). Can I use the outfit system to make my heavy armor look like medium armor? What about heavy shields, can they be made to look like regular shields? Thanks! [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 30 Jan 2022 08:53 PM PST I've heard that Lore Masters have great support for raid content before but I've also heard that they are basically never taken in any other group content. This was right around update 30 was coming out (when I last stopped playing) and support lines were apparently being nerfed. | New (F2P for now) player question about navigating ingredients for cooking Posted: 30 Jan 2022 03:32 PM PST Hey there. Just started playing and it's lovely! Pretty slow playing right now because I am not familiar with the maps at all so there is a lot of running back and forth (gosh I miss my horse whistle) but having fun so no big deal. I am stuck with crafting however. I understand there is no point for end game players to keep the AH stocked with starter materials (or put mats up under 2gold since 2gold is the F2P cap for now) so I'm truly stuck leveling my cooking. I decided to pick the crafting triangle of Prospecting/Jeweler/Cooking (because I checked the AH and there is a steady stream of crafted armor but not mid level - low level jewelry) so I can supply my own materials for the jeweler but my poor cooking is going no where because it relies on materials farmers grow. So I've been trying to figure out how to get my hands on farmed ingredients. (TL;DR) Q: As a F2P player could I make a farming alt that can grow the low level ingredients needed for cooking on my "main"? Would I be able to mail these ingredients to my F2P main? Will I have to level my farmer alt to grow everything or can I keep them low level an have the ability to grow everything? Loving this game so far, really looking forward to my first main event which I think is Hobnanigans, that looks hilarious. [link] [comments] | ||

I'm from EU and I'm trying to figure what would be the best server to play on, nothing worse playing on a dead server. Then there's those legendary servers which appeal to me because it's kinda what WoW did with classic and I could experience the content as it comes but I've no idea what region those servers are. Changed it through my email and it still doesn't log in. I keep reading that this means I am banned but can't see why? Also do they ban people without letting them know?
