    Legendary shards

    What's the basic way to get them? Right now I did have 3 LIs, deconstructed them all when they reached max, and used the components to craft first and second age LIs. I have everything ready for the third one but just miss legendary shards/fragments. I do find things in Moria but deconstructing never gives me legendary shards/fragments...

    Sound restarts/screen hitches

    When I'm playing any character in any circumstance, the background music will restart every 30 to 90 seconds and when it does, the screen will hitch for just a moment.

    It's so bad that when I made a new elf character on Treebeard, when in the very first room with Elrond and the voice over is telling you about how Skorgrim is attacking Duillond, the issue happens and the voiceover cuts off and never finishes.

    I had to do a fresh install of Win10 on my laptop tonight. First thing I did was install LOTRO and test this issue with a fresh install of the OS. It still happens.

    Any other ideas?

    Instrument question I can’t find an answer for.

    I went from being curious over this to frustrated because it doesn't look like anyone has asked it before.

    Do better quality instruments sound different?

    Like, if you pick up a basic level 1 fiddle, will it sound different than a mastercrafted one made by a max level crafter?

    Allegiance - Can't Continue? HELP??

    I'm VERY confused. I've been playing LOTRO now for several years as a casual, and I'll be the first to admit that as a newbie to the gaming world in general, I am easily confused by new systems. But I'm usually able to figure it out by looking online for help.

    The allegiance system though...? I just can't seem to figure out how to progress! I want to - I want to hear the storylines as many people have said they're worth it - but I just can't seem to figure out how to go about it.

    I know I've done the intro one for the elves, Chapter 1: A Council Waiting, but I firstly don't have Chapter 2, and secondly have no idea how to get it.

    I've read online that I need to progress through Mordor further or something?

    CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

    How Will Raiding Be On Legendary Servers?

    Not much more than what the title asks, but I am really curious about how the endgame experience will be on the legendary servers. I am a longtime MMO player but have only really player lotro at the most casual levels and only a little bit. The treebeard server really interested me, a way to take my time enjoying the world as well as finally run some of the older content on level. From what I was reading about the last legendary server though it seems that the endgame raids were very trivialized due to running the game on current servers with just locked content. Is this the case, or will there actually be enjoyable endgame content as we go through the first few expansions?

    Shield of the Hammerhand & Outriders Token (Account bound) in LOTRO Store? (Gone)

    Are the items still available to purchase in the LOTRO store? Because I cannot find them. I'm also looking on the Treebeard server, so I'm wondering if it's only available for the other servers, or if it has been taken out from the store.

    Game was workong fine. Now it crashes whenever I launch.

    I have no clue what's happening. All I did was restart my computer and now lotro crashes the instant I launch the game.

    Has anyone encountered this before? I was really getting into this game and I just got VIP. I'd hate to not be able to play anymore.

    Returning mini needs a kin on Arkenstone!

    I played back in 2012-2018, took a break, and am now back on my favourite character, the minstrel. Looking forward to healing for a new kin in small and large group content, but would love a kin to do it with!

    Anyone a part of/know of any friendly kins that are serious if you want but also casual? Sort of a mixed bag, I know. Thanks in advance!

    New player looking for a kinship on Treebeard.

    Just started LoTRO the other day and decided to try out Treebeard. Was curious if there were any new player friendly kinship or groups admitting players in who are based on central US time or close to it. I just started LoTRO so I'm pretty fresh and rolling guardian drwaf.

    How many Trait Points we'll have in Treebeard/Shadowfax? Any recommended builds?

    Hey guys,

    What will be the maximum trait points available in legendary servers right now, with the lvl 50 cap?

    On the internet, I can only find trait builds for the actual max level (95 trait points). I was only able to find this screenshot (https://imgur.com/bqK4jDB), with a Red Hunter build for 50 trait points, but I don't even know if it's the correct maximum amount for the lvl 50 cap.

    Starting over again (f2p restrictions)

    Hey guys, I am thinking about trying the game again. Maybe I want to start over together with my girlfriend. Does she have any restrictions via f2p, which could be a problem for us, if we just want to quest together a bit? I know that she can only quest till ca. Lvl 30 via Sidequests
