Posted: 24 Jul 2021 04:28 PM PDT Evening everyone, Is there anyone starting new on the Treebeard server this evening? I'm looking for someone or a small group of someones wanting to run through the content together without out leveling each other. Prefer groups that either have a specific night or set of nights they tend to play on. I'm in the EST timezone, 40 male and willing to play any role and only need to re-download the game (hurray for clean Windows installs). I have a private Teamspeak server and a decent amount of flexibility in my schedule. [link] [comments]
What is this game like to play solo? Posted: 24 Jul 2021 10:01 AM PDT I played the game a little bit years ago. I can't even remember when exactly. I mostly played a dual-wielding elf, but I do remember messing around as an axe-and-shield dwarf. I have never been too hot about MMO's: I prefer a story-driven single-player experience. But this game really does wonderful things with Tolkien's lore, and general atmosphere. I just remember feeling that it was a shame that all these other folks were running around, ruining the immersion by doing the exact same things I was doing. It's not that I'm some huge misanthrope, I just find it hard to pretend to be an adventurer of Middle Earth, Azeroth, or outer space, when surrounded by reminders that I'm just playing a game. And it doesn't help when those reminders are named "C@ptain Kock". But as I said, the lore is great. And I see the game is free on Steam. What's it like to play these days? For someone who'll only spare 4-6 hours a week, and is not interested in joining a guild? Are some classes easier than others to play solo? [link] [comments]

Which server for an NA player looking to RP eventually Posted: 24 Jul 2021 05:53 AM PDT Hello, I want to get into RP once I hit max level but I'm not sure which server I should be playing on, Laurelin or Landroval. Are there lots of NA players on Laurelin or is it mainly EU? Thanks :) [link] [comments]
