Posted: 09 Jun 2021 07:59 AM PDT Hey everyone, so I just signed up for VIP status last night, and I'm wanting to understand how Quick Travel works for VIP players. How do I access quick travel? Is it just quick travels between the beacon things in each city? Or is it based off the stablemasters that you've reached/unlocked so far? I went onto the stablemasters map and when I clicked on one of the ones that I had, it still said that I needed mythril coins to quick travel there. Let me know what I'm missing/misunderstanding. Thanks! [link] [comments] | ||
Posted: 09 Jun 2021 08:51 AM PDT I find myself struggling to enjoy the combat in Lotro. I like the game. The world is amazing, but the combat feels to be the most dated aspect for me. I first tried a hunter. But seeing is how I main a Rogue in WoW I quickly found myself getting board from the ranged combat. I wanted to be in the action. So I rolled a Burglar thinking it'd be similar to my Rogue. And it is ... To an extent. Say what you will about WoW, but it does have that Blizzard polish. The visual/audio FX really make the Rogue an absolute adrenaline rush because it provides good feedback. I can do my rotation just by looking at my character alone. So with the Burg I feel like I'm attacking clouds. This may be an odd complaint, but to make a long post short the Burg lacks feedback to make it's melee mechanics enjoyable. So I'm wondering if there is a better class for this in Lotro? Maybe one of the newer classes that has more updated animations and fx? Also im struggling to find good class guides. So if anyone could point the way to such a thing I'd appreciate it. [link] [comments] |
