    Hey all,

    I was pretty active post-launch until the Siege of Mirkwood expansion (so 2009).

    I'm thinking about jumping in but am very confused as to how this all works now.

    I own the Moria and Mirkwood expansions but it seems if I want all the expansions, I have to re-buy those as well?

    As far as how the rest of this works, TOTALLY confused (sry, can't be much more specific than that).

    Any help would be much appreciated :)

    Hello everyone,

    I have had several post on here about our progression group on Landroval that is just starting. It has had a large following so I hope no one minds me continuing to find more folks interested. We are currently preparing for Great Barrows and have 2-3 groups building to run and progress through all content in a time friendly pace. If you are a new or returning player and want to progress through group content with a group of chill, laid back LotR nerds please come join us! We currently have a static group running on Thursday and Sunday nights. Both groups are in need of DPS roles. We currently have no champions, wardens, or beornings in our kinship at all. If interested, please contact Thordrane or Aefiriel in game for an invite. We look forward to adventuring with you!

    Looking for lore/theme suggestions to get the most out of playing.

    Essentially, I have not played since this game came out. My knowledge of LOTRO is literally based on the movies (what I can remember).

    I want to really dive deep into the lore and get a better understanding as I play. But I don't know where to start.

    Is there a recommended YouTube playlist for lore? How about music to listen to as I play? Anything else?

    Also, last but most important. I love playing as a dwarves. So solid suggestions that help me view the world as one of them, would be prudent.

    Siege of Mirkwood expansion missing?

    So I was browsing the store on my main account after someone in world chat mentioned not seeing Mirkwood expansion in the store, but they never bought it.

    I went to the store myself and did not see it either. I saw the Mirkwood Quests for sale, but NOT the expansion.

    I thought if something is in the store, it means you haven't bought it and vice versa. Thus concluding that I bought the expansion since its not there. But then why would the quests be available for purchase? (expansion includes all of the quests)

    So then I went and made a new account. The new account's store did not present the Siege of Mirkwood expansion for sale either.

    What happened to Siege of Mirkwood expansion?

    Hello

    I bought the Expansion Trove and found out that these are only the Quest Packs for Mordor, Helm's Deep, Riders of Rohan, Rise of Isengard, Siege of Mirkwood and Moria and not the Expansions. My Question is can I enter all these Areas and do the Content (Mainstory Quests) for these Locations or do I need the Expansions?
