I came back to lotro a year ago or so. I'm currently trying to run The Rift of Nurz Ghashu. But is difficult to find people today. If you are around lvl 50-60 i would apreciate if you whant to run it with us. Playing at Arkestone.

Howdy all. Old, original play here. I bought into the lifetime subscription back at launch and had a few characters on several servers. i don't quite remember how high a level I got them, but I think I stopped playing around the time of the first expansion.

I would log in every once in a while just to poke around a little; nothing huge but I know I would check in every year or so for a while.

However, it's definitely been a few years now since I played. I re-downloaded the game, logged in (I verified that my account was still active on their website etc)., and none of my characters are there. I don't remember the old servers anymore, but didn't they all get migrated? Since I am a lifetime member, my account is active (shouldn't ever have gone dark). Any idea on how I can get my characters restored?

In the meantime, I made a new character to re-learn things and it's nice to see the game up and running.

I can't think of one for gameplay, but even with dozens of days of game time, I'd be damned if I didn't fucking adore the pie-delivery quest in the shire.
