Posted: 24 Nov 2020 02:23 AM PST Hello guys, I am a long time player but, when I was playing it was super casual never gone further then lvl 40. I am playing a Hunter on the legendary Ithil server right now and I've heard that the yellow line got buffed recently and I would like to try it out for myself (solo leveling mostly). I'm not the biggest fan of not being able to move while casting my Hunter abilities but overall that trapper feel sounds good to me. Now my problem is that I have no clue how to build the yellow line properly and I couldn't find any helpful information that is post buff. It would be awesome to hear some thoughts, priotities on abilitys, build options and overall some things I need to know to keep on playing the yellow line. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments]

Returned player needing help understanding which stats to build and how! Posted: 23 Nov 2020 04:09 PM PST Hey fam! Recently returned to LOTRO after a few years and am currently a level 41 Elf Hunter. This time around, I actually care about leveling my character stats and understanding the art behind gaining morale, virtues, better armor, etc (originally just played because it was beautiful and I'd just finished reading the books haha). Woot!!! I'm back!!! Problem is, idk if I screwed myself during those first levels because I wasn't paying attention to any of that š Also important: I don't have the means to buy anything through the LOTRO store (2020's hit hard bro), so I'm not sure if I'm just kinda out of luck because I can't expand beyond what's already free. I feel like LOTRO is kinda pay-to-win, but maybe I'm just uninformed š I also know that questing will probs help majorly, but I'm at the point where I need a ton more morale to keep me from dying in the current quests I'm stuck on (mostly in AnnĆŗminas). Basically I really need help understanding which stats I should focus on building/which are important for me (I quest solo 99% of the time) and how to build those, as well as how to build morale! For reference, my stats (which compared to like every 40-something player I've seen seem very low, but idk if others are just buying ALLLL OF THE THINGS through the store or if I should actually be at higher stats levels): includes currently equipped armor that's buffing some - Morale: 3,223 - Power: 2,192 - Armor: 6,112 - Might: 114 - Agility: 322 - Vitality: 353 - Will: 237 - Fate: 71 - Critical Rating: 2,899 - Physical Mastery: 1,347 - Parry: 1,180 - Evade: 966 Thanks much! ☺️ [link] [comments]
Posted: 23 Nov 2020 02:24 PM PST Hello! Returning player here so I missed a ton of expansions... (like 4 think?) is it typical for standing stone to do a Black Friday sale on expansions? I know the quad pack goes on sale here and there but I'm only missing one expansion from that set. Do the others go on sale around this time? [link] [comments]

[Kin Recruitment] Deephallow Brewers (Arkenstone) Posted: 23 Nov 2020 07:48 AM PST Deephallow Brewers are seeking fun-loving, mature players to join them in Middle-Earth! We are an open beta founded kin (2007) that has been kicking around since before the game officially launched! Currently, we are seeking endgame players that want to raid regularly and progress through difficulty tiers. We run all currently available raids and dungeons from Minas Morgul and War of Three Peaks. If you are tired of the solo grind or don't fit in in your current kin, give DHB a try! We usually run events around 9pm server time (Eastern Standard), but have members in all timezones. We use Discord to communicate and coordinate all events. Our only 'requirement' is that you run Prime Plugin! Send a message ingame to Rynoc or Meriband to join! All members will remain "recruit" status for two weeks, so if you decide it is not the right fit for you, no worries! Visit our website at www.deephallowbrewers.com to read more of our Kin History & Lore or to find our Discord link! Cheers! - Meriband [link] [comments]
Recommended server and starting zone for beginners? Posted: 23 Nov 2020 02:23 PM PST With all my normal events being canceled like Dragon Con and Renaissance Festivals I have been seeking an a digital world to fill that void. FFXIV and DDO don't quite do it for me although I enjoy it. Someone recommended LOTRO and man I am loving it. The ambience is incredible! I've played a Dwarven Champion to level 10 but realize I am not seeing a lot of people. I think I want to begin again in full world and zone and really pay attention to the details of the story. I was hoping you'd have a recommendation. Thanks so much! [link] [comments]

Posted: 23 Nov 2020 12:20 PM PST Hey All, I've run a bunch of t1 and t2 stair battles and have yet to get a chest or helm to drop. All I seem to get is boots, legs, and arms. Is the drop rate varied per tier or is that just the item level? Thanks! [link] [comments]
