Where is your "Home base"?

Where would you consider your Home base to be? Your default port home where you have all the amenities you need for crafting, AH etc? Any different ones to the options (limited to 6), leave a comment!

Looking for a Cooldown Plugin for dots

Hey there,

I'm looking for a plugin that I can use to track some cooldowns. I found one a couple of hours ago but I somehow dismissed it and can't find it again. It's not Buffbars, in that case of some special dot's it isn't quite fitting.

New player seeking kinship and a bit of advice on what class to play

Since the actual forums for the game seem intent on not letting me post there, I figured this would be the next best option (or perhaps best option as the forums don't seem to see much use).

First up, I am a new player that is seeking a kinship to join on Gladden that wouldn't mind dealing with the potential of having someone asking a lot of new player questions. I'm in EST, although my work schedule varies quite a bit so I don't have a set time that I am on each day.

Secondly, I have been toying with the hunter, captain, and champion classes and haven't decided which one I want to put all my effort into. I have generally stuck to ranged/casters in other games, but hunter just feels a bit lackluster to me so far (though I've only gotten it to 15 so it may start to shine later on). I would eventually like to get into raiding and PvP, so any input on how those three classes stack up in those activities is welcome.

And that about sums it up. Thanks in advance for taking the time to read over my post and I look forward to any replies.
