    Tasks that can't be completed??

    Posted: 16 Jan 2020 08:58 PM PST

I've currently got about 150 each of Brittle Scales, Peforated Wings, and Shattered Axes. I cannot find anywhere to turn them in, and LOTRO wiki doesn't even list them. Google searches yield nothing. Anyone have any idea where these can be turned in?

    A question about cosmetics...

    Posted: 16 Jan 2020 03:12 PM PST

Star Trek Online and Star Wars: The Old Republic players have a term for the cosmetic aspects of the game — "Space Barbie". LOTRO has its share of cosmetic and housing customization. Does the player community have its own term for these things?

    3 man tactics?

    Posted: 16 Jan 2020 06:23 AM PST

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone had a link to a guide or has some tactical info about the Minas Morgul instances? I have been working through them with various characters and have no problems with Tier 2 harrowing and roost. The first bosses aren't too bad on T3, but the last 2 bosses of harrowing, especially, and roost are nasty.

I noticed some things are very different in T3-5. For example, knowing that the first boss in Harrowing has a nasty long range frontal attack when he says, "Don't Run." I'm just looking for more info that could be helpful. I'm sure I will learn eventually through fellowships and the process of gearing up, but wondering what other info is available now.

    Legacies for support LM

    Posted: 15 Jan 2020 03:15 PM PST

I am trying to find which legacies are best for a yellow/blue line LM. Seeing the list of legacies I figured that those that decrease resistance would be a priority but taking a look at the forum I found this:

" The "-x Target Resistance" legacies, as far as I'm aware, are broken and do nothing (have been for years). "

    (...) and

"There is an old thread where someone tested the debuffing and the fire skills legacies.>> Thread <<Yes, this information is old (from 2016), but I'm quite sure no one has been reworking the legacies in all those years.

    Conclusion was:

    - Target Resistance (Debuffing Skills) is partially working. Works on the debuff itself, but not on secondary debuffs created by skill combos. (E.g. by the "Playing with Fire" and "Out in the Cold" passives in yellow line.)

    - Target Resistance (Fire Skills) doesn't work at all.

Target Resistance (Damaging Skills) wasn't tested, but since it should work similar to the Fire Skills legacy, my guess is it doesn't work, too. Also, since all three legacies are rating based, their impact has become rather small due to the stat inflation. "

This post is about 7 months ago and quotes another post from 2016. Is this still true?

If it's still like this, my list of legacies will completely change
