    Posted: 26 Dec 2019 05:34 PM PST

    Hello,

I've just purchaded Minas Morgal, however I haven't received a code. I tried the digital river "Find My Order" and it say's no order found. I also checked my bank account to verify the order went through and it did. Does anyone have a possible ETA of when I'll receive my code?

    High Elf Race Issues?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2019 10:42 PM PST

I'm reading some things here and there about High Elves having slow or delayed animations.... Is this still a thing? Are there any problems/issues with the race that I should know about before unlocking and starting a HE toon?

    Cannot reset password, please help

    Posted: 26 Dec 2019 05:00 PM PST

    Hello,

I'd like to come back to the game and have tried to login. Password doesn't work so I've tried resetting it about 20 times. Each time I get the email, I click on the link, I change the password successfully, yet I cannot login either to standing stone or to LOTRO.

I messaged standing Stone a few days ago but have not heard anything. Obviously it's the Christmas season so perhaps they are busy, but I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem. Thank you for your help.

I have already asked this but....

    Posted: 26 Dec 2019 08:03 PM PST

I am currently level 30 and am F2P yet am trying to move on as I like the game. What is the best way to move forward for the least amount of money. (Without grinding). Is it v.i.p or LP or packs? Or something else.

Thanks in advance. The community has been incredibly nice and helpful and I love being immersed in middle-earth. Thanks.

    Motes of Enchantment?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2019 11:12 AM PST

I haven't played for a while and I saw that you need "Motes of Enchantment" to buy a certain outfit I want. It's available in Bree at the marketplace - a level 51 medium chain hauberk that looks pretty nice! I read that I have to do Mordor stuff (don't have a character on that level right now), but that wouldn't make much sense since the item I want is for level 51. Is that true? Can I get the motes on another way? I also read that I get them through deeds, but I already did some of them with my character in the past (probably before the update where they added the motes) and didn't get them. o:

How to go about real money for the game.

    Posted: 26 Dec 2019 08:56 AM PST

Me and a friend want to get into LOTRO. I was excited to see that the game was f2p but the vip/premium model with paid expansions kinda killed it for me.

I've done some light research and understand there's a way around some of the purchases, but I'm still confused about the account types and what each of those types gives.

This question might already be answered but I'm writing this to get all the relevant information in one place.

The situation is as such: If me and my friend want to unlock all of the content with the least amount of real money as possible how would we go about doing that(excluding the insane grind for TP to buy everything). If possible, please be as detailed as possible concerning what each step gives you.

This might be a tedious answer and I thank everyone who takes time to answer my question.

    Are exp items still purchasable?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2019 08:54 AM PST

Hi all, have a lifetime account and I've played on and off since beta. I've played sub 85 far too many times and was looking towards speeding up that process this go around. A quick internet search shows different items used to be purchasable but I'm not finding those in the store now. Is this something that's been phased out in favor of xp tomes?

I know Lotro shined during the journey but atm those first 85 are still seared in my brain. Thanks for any info
