Arkenstone Kinship Posted: 14 Dec 2019 07:25 PM PST Hi All, I am new to LOTRO. I am a long time MMO player, but have never played LOTRO. I am currently on the Arkenstone Server. I have debated rerolling on Arnor since it's more populated. What do you guys think about doing that? ​ Also, I am looking for a kinship. Guardian or Beorning Posted: 14 Dec 2019 07:03 AM PST Hey so I am looking to make a character finally and I am torn between Guardian and Beorning, I want to be able to do every quest in every zone pretty much, including the group quests solo, I am relatively inexperienced, I leveled a hunter to Moria previously a few years back and I recall struggling in Angmar with group quests. EU kin on Arkenstone Posted: 14 Dec 2019 08:17 AM PST Hey everyone, I'm looking for a kin on Arkenstone that plays at EU times. I'm returning to the game from a long break and as of now I try to relearn everything again :D I was (or am) mainly a PvMPer so it would be nice to find a kin that is prioritizing that aspect of the game, got nothing against some PvE though. Unable to update Posted: 14 Dec 2019 05:42 AM PST Hi, Having recently been bitten by the LotR-bug again I have been trying to update the game for the past couple of dates but run into an error message in the launcher: PatchClientDLL::CheckDatFiles Failed. [Unable to decrypt and de-serialize the data downloaded from the server.] I have tried to do a complete reinstall a couple of times but that has had no effect on this.
