New returner Question

So, started playing again, grinding for Points (cause I'm poor right now) and already got my horse and uncapped gold from the store. However, Expansion: War of Three Peaks says for levels 20 - 130 . Does that mean that expansion auto unlocks the ability to quest from 20 to 130? Or do I still have to grind points for all the separate story expansions (with extra quests), like Mines of Moria to go above the first game's level cap which was level 50? FYI, I still intend to get all the expansions with actual money ( MUCH later in the year, when I have more added income). Any help would be advised. Thanks in advance.

Veteran player, looking for a kinship that has the following:

- Reasonable kin leaders that don't have their heads in places where the sun don't shine.
- Allow an opinion other than their own.
- Don't mind and understand Aussie sense of humour. (swearing being an appendage of the language)
- Don't want to change religion or have to start believing in the big bear in outer space.
- That don't have an overly inflated belief in their position. We are not in the army anymore where I need to stand at attention and salute.
- Understand its just a game with real people on the other side.
- Burping, passing wind is not shunned...
- Where a good morning or evening is appreciated.

Am I looking for utopia? dunno... I would rather play with scrubbers happy with their dung pile than hang around snobs.

If your easily offended you and I probably wouldn't get on.
