    I think the Legendary Server idea was a good one, even if dungeon/raid content may need some tweaks to spice it up to keep folks interested. Games like EQ and EQ2 have had a good amount of success with their TLP servers, so it would be cool to see SSG put a bit of time and energy into doing a new one of these every 2 years or so.

    Anyway, last news I heard about this was middle to late last year, so was curious if anything else has been mentioned.

    What do I miss out on if I bought the LOTRO Expansion Trove as a f2p player?

    It seems to me it would be giving me everything the expansions have to offer, but i'm afraid to buy it in the off chance i'd still have to buy those stupid quest packs as well just to play the 1000+ quests all the expansions have to offer. I sadly missed out on getting all the quest packs for free, and as infuriating and disheartening as that is... my lv 50 loremaster is just collecting dust and I challenged myself to get to level cap for the first time.... to be honest i'm also a broke person so 60 dollars is a lot for me; and i'm hard pressed to just buy it blindly to find out I would have to subscribe to even get anything out of it... it would just be handing over 60 dollars to get the level cap raised and no way to get there.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to hear me out, and if you have a solid answer/idea for me.

    Stuck with Epic Quest

    Hello folks,

    I've just finished Vol3 Book 9 where I got banished from Edoras. I should speak to Corudan and Horn to continue with the next book but the rings are grey. I've heard that you need to be lvl 85 to start it although I'm only 80. I have no idea where I could gather that missing 5 levels as I've completed almost every quest I came across in the region including Sutcrofts, Norcrofts and and Thornhope area. I was aware I'm 3-4 lvl below the requirements but never thought I'd be lvl-gated for content. What should I do? Is there a way to look at uncompleted quests or to search for quest hubs I missed? Even if I find some quests, 5 level is way too many.

    'The Road to Dunharrow' Trait Point

    I've been going back to older zones with a guide to finish up gathering my Trait Points and I've hit a bit of a snag.

    The quest 'The Road to Dunharrow' granted by Eowyn on the steps of Meduseld, after you've completed 'In need of Cheering Up' 'Ch. 5 Eyes of Edoras' and 'Ch. 6 Through the Net' - isn't available.
    When I rode up to Meduseld, she wasn't there. Inside, I talked to her maid, delivered a meal to Eowyn's room, and walked outside to find Eowyn standing on the stairs where she wasn't before.
    I talked to her, we went on a brief walk around Edoras, and when the instance wrapped up, she disappeared. (No opportunity to pick up 'The Road to Dunharrow')
    I rode to Underharrow, no Eowyn.
    I rode through the encampment and up the snaking path to Dunharrow, there she was, but with no quests to offer.
    Somehow I've already gotten her and the Roherrim to Dunharrow without having done this quest, and therefore I got no Trait Point (Very, very important)
    Did I just screw myself out of a Trait Point permanently?

    I read that there is a quest in Underharrow 'Haunting the Dead' which redirects you back to Eowyn for this very quest - but I've already done that.

    I've submitted a ticket, but with a 10 hour wait time, I'm not keen to stay logged in until 1:00 AM to get a response, or wait until I'm logged off to get the "We tried to contact you, but you were offline :P" message.

    Is there some way to pick up this quest?
    (I don't even have the Instance available through the Pool)

    Any plans for a return in Europe?

    I know there was some talk last year or the year before about reopening a few servers in Europe. Is there any update?

    I would expect that if they've started new servers for Legendary they can also have at least one new one for Europe.

    I want to come back, but the lag is atrocious.

    My Characters Must Be on a Closed World

    Hey everyone! I just got my account back from 2010. I logged into all of the servers and I have no characters, classes unlocked, or monster play. I think that the server I was on must have closed. I reached out to support. Is there anything else that I can do? I saw somewhere that you can't transfer characters over from closed worlds via the transfer button yet. Could support do this manually or am I out of luck and need to reroll a character?
