First MMO I feel like I can get into, but I would love some friends for the Journey.

    Posted: 02 Oct 2020 10:39 AM PDT

    Hello kind redditors!

I have tried my hand at GW2, SWTOR, and FFXIV. They all had aspects that I liked, but for some reason I just COULDN'T get into it. I think it's due to 2 main reasons:

    1. My personal interest in the lore
    2. Always playing Solo

While I'm a huge fan of KOTOR I & II, something about SWTOR just didn't draw me in. As for the other two, I just didn't have a huge interest in the lore. However, I love LotR lore, so I'm sure that this will keep me hooked in that aspect.

But I am still playing Solo. I honestly am such a noob at MMOs, I have no idea how to make friends haha. So if anyone would be interested in doing that, that would be great. I'm level 11, so I'm still very new to this game.

I'm not sure what information you would need from me to make this happen, so if you let me know, I will edit this post with whatever information you need.

    Thanks in advance!

    Edit:

    Server: Akrenstone

    Character Name: Orelel

Play Times: Random Days after work / 5PM PST (Seattle,US)

    New Bridge?

    Posted: 02 Oct 2020 01:13 PM PDT

Someone called out a bridge between the Northern Breelands and the North Downs, above Barad Tharsir. Looks interesting...has some ragged blank flags hanging from it. The craftsmanship reminds me a bit of the Gauradan. There's also a gate further south by the ship dock, a little too far to link up with the Trestlebridge Gate I believe...looks like they're working on this interior zone, maybe in connection to the Scouring of the Shire? Don't know if anyone has any info on it. In any event, looking forward to what they do with it.

    Looking for a kinship

    Posted: 02 Oct 2020 08:12 PM PDT

Hi I am very new to this game (only level 18 for my character) and am interested in finding a kinship. However, I am confused on how the system works. Could someone help me?

It might be great if I could join a kinship in Gladden!

    Posted: 03 Oct 2020 01:58 AM PDT

Hi everyone! I just recently downloaded the game and I am trying to decide between captain and guardian. Between these two, Who has better dps at endgame? Only for soloing and maybe group content. Thanks all.

Any point in buying the Quad Pack after LOTROFREEQUESTS?

    Posted: 03 Oct 2020 01:12 AM PDT

So. I've previously redeemed the LOTROFREEQUESTS code and also bought all the expansion quests available for 99Points each. Still, i see the individual expansions available in the store.

Would it be any point in buying a code for the QUAD PACK at that stage?

    Can't find lotro song

    Posted: 02 Oct 2020 01:41 PM PDT

I love the music in Lotro that plays when you're creating a character or viewing your characters before playing, but I can't find it anywhere. It's such a pretty song, but whatever I type into google always takes me to that lotro song called Legacy, and that's not the one I'm looking for. If someone could help me find it, that's be great.

    Info on old raids

    Posted: 02 Oct 2020 12:46 PM PDT

Hello Reddit and fellow Lotro players!

I've recently returned to Lotro after a long break, and was going to start over with a new character. One information that is hard to find is if players still run old raids? Doesn't have to be level capped, I would really appreciate any replies on this.

1- Are there any fellow players or a kinship that runs them at any level? Because of time zones I would be playing on the US servers.

2-I don't have Mordor and Minas Morgul expansions yet, so say if I'm level 50, and wanted to run The Rift, would that be an issue? Or I'd have to be level 130 in order to find a group?

    Thank you for reading.

Hey everyone! I recently downloaded the game after not playing for a loooooongggg time. I’m a complete beginner I’d say after not playing so long. Anyone here wanna chill out and play some time?

EDIT: probably should have mentioned: I'm on Brandywine right now. But I'm in Europe so really I'd be down to play on any chill server.

    Deed help for returning player

    Deed help for returning player

Did all my deeds in the past. Now there is not enough deeds (including the new areas) to cap virtues. What can I do, or am I just screwed?
